Terms & Conditions
By creating a gallery, or joining one as a guest, you agree to the terms below.
1. The service
Kenangan is operated by TRLABS TECHNOLOGIES (003866989-X). Kenangan provides online photo galleries for events. A host creates a gallery and shares a link or a QR code; guests scan it, upload photos, and view the photos in that same gallery.
2. Your content
You own the photos you upload. By uploading, you allow the host and the guests of that gallery to view and download that photo within that gallery.
3. Acceptable content
You may not upload content that is unlawful, obscene, harassing, or that infringes anyone's copyright or privacy. We and the host may remove any photo without notice.
4. Gallery period & deletion
Photos are stored for as long as the gallery is active (2 months from activation). After it expires, the gallery and its photos may be permanently deleted. Please download anything you want to keep before then.
5. Privacy
We collect the minimum: the host's recovery email, and a guest's name if they choose to give one. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Payment
A gallery is activated once payment is confirmed. Payments are non-refundable after a gallery has been activated.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data or for content uploaded by guests.
