What is a QR code image gallery?
It is one online event gallery that guests join by scanning a single QR code. Images and, on eligible plans, videos land in the same place with no app or account. Gallery RM25 can add video for RM10, while RM49 and RM69 already include it.
How much does a wedding image gallery cost?
There are three one-time-payment plans: Gallery RM25 for unlimited images with an optional RM10 video add-on, 2 in 1 RM49 with an e-Card and video, and 3 in 1 RM69 with an e-Card, RSVP and video.
Can I download all the images and videos?
Yes. The host can download the complete gallery, including every image and video, and choose whether guests may download media too.
How long is the gallery active, and when does that period begin?
After payment is confirmed, the host can finish preparing the gallery first. The 2-month period only begins when the host opens the gallery to guests. Download everything you want to keep before that period ends.
How do guests share images and videos without an app?
They point a phone camera at your QR code and the gallery opens in their browser. From there they can capture or choose an image and, on eligible plans, a video. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign in to.
How do I pay?
After creating the gallery, complete the secure payment through CHIP. Once payment is confirmed, you can finish preparing the gallery and open it to guests when you are ready.
Are the images private?
Yes. A gallery is only reachable through your link or QR code, it is kept out of search engines, and as the host you can hide or delete any image.
Can one gallery be used for two or more events?
Yes, when they are parts of the same celebration, such as the solemnisation and reception. Every upload will share one gallery and one expiry date. Use separate galleries for unrelated events so their images and guests do not get mixed together.
Can I use it as a digital guestbook?
Yes. Guests can add their name and a short message alongside each image, so their words stay next to their pictures while the celebration is still happening.
Does it work for events other than weddings?
Yes — engagements, birthdays, family gatherings, corporate dinners, conferences. Anything with guests and phones works the same way: one QR code, one shared gallery.
