Questions?Answered
Everything worth knowing about running a QR code photo gallery at your wedding or event.
What is a QR code photo gallery?
It is one online gallery that your guests upload to by scanning a single QR code. You create the gallery, display or print the code, and every photo your guests take lands in the same place — with no app and no account for anyone.
How do guests share photos at a wedding without an app?
They point a phone camera at your QR code and the gallery opens in their browser. From there they can take a photo on the spot or upload one from their camera roll. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign in to.
How much does a wedding photo gallery cost?
There are three plans: RM12 for 3,000 photos, RM15 for 10,000 photos, and RM25 for 30,000 photos. You pay once — there is no subscription and no account.
How long does the gallery stay live?
Every gallery stays live for 2 months from the day it is activated. Download anything you want to keep before it expires.
Can I use it as a digital guestbook?
Yes. Guests can add their name and a short message alongside each photo, so you end up with their words next to their pictures — a guestbook that writes itself while the party is still going.
Can I show the photos on a screen at the venue?
Yes. Open the gallery in any browser and leave it up on a screen or a projector — it is the same live photo wall your guests are uploading to, so the display fills up as the night goes on.
How do I pay?
Create your gallery first, then pay over WhatsApp at +60 11-4969 6900. The gallery goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Are the photos private?
Yes. A gallery is only reachable through your link or your QR code, it is kept out of search engines, and as the host you can hide or delete any photo.
Can I download all the photos?
Yes. As the host you can download the whole gallery, and you can also let your guests download the photos they like.
Does it work for events other than weddings?
Yes — engagements, birthdays, family gatherings, corporate dinners, conferences. Anything with guests and phones works the same way: one QR code, one shared gallery.
