Usage Policy
This policy explains what “unlimited” means for a Kenangan gallery and how we protect the service for genuine events.
Gallery RM25 supports images and can add video for RM10. Video is already included in RM49 and RM69. Each final clip is limited to 15 seconds.
1. What unlimited images means
Unlimited images means there is no published image-count limit for genuine use by guests at one event. One gallery may cover related ceremonies, such as a solemnisation and reception, when they share one collection and expiry date.
2. Video duration
Video can be added to Gallery RM25 for RM10 and is already included in RM49 and RM69. There is no marketed clip count; each final clip is limited to 15 seconds.
3. Prohibited use
Automated uploads, stress testing, scraping, non-event file hosting, resale, malware, unlawful material, and copyright or privacy abuse are prohibited.
4. Protecting the service
Kenangan may temporarily pause uploads, review activity, or remove content when automated or abnormal activity threatens the service. These are safety controls, not a hidden ordinary item-count cap.
5. False-positive reviews
If a genuine event is flagged by mistake, contact us on WhatsApp. We provide a review path and will not silently delete a genuine event because of one automated signal.
6. Export before expiry
The host is responsible for downloading or exporting anything they want to keep before the gallery expires. The current active period is 2 months from the time the host opens the gallery to guests.
7. Media deletion
Gallery images and videos are deleted according to the existing gallery-expiry and deletion lifecycle.
8. Video downloads
The video file provided for download is the processed MP4 rendition. This does not promise preservation of every camera's untouched original source container.
